30 Days notice
I called to cancel my contract today 10 March 2016 by giving 30 days notice, which means the contract should be terminated on 9 April 2016. The call centre agent informed that I will have to pay a full monthly fee for April 2016.<br> <br> When I subscribed online for the CellC contract, it was started immediately and I was charged pro-rata from the date I received the sim card. <br> <br> Why must I be charged for a full month when I do not use the data for a month? In fact, I have not used the data for this contract at all so CellC has no right to charge me!?
