3 years and 1 month you have debited my account for a service which WAS cancelled on 24 month Agreement.

Cell C, the worst mobile provider and dealing with what I am Its pretty clear why you cant keep your stores and doors open. For 3 years after I cancelled a contract I had with you at its 24months. Monthly you have continued to debit my account and after I contacted you via email with all the necessary documents including proof a copy of the cancellation letter, with the date as well as a SWORN UNDER OATH affidavit and letter about the situation. The response email I got was that the relevant department will contact me in 24-48hours which was on the 10th of October. I then called in the 17th, got told im been put to retentions and after my nearly 3 hours of free minutes running out still no one had answered.

This after been told by the person in the call centre who answered my call that he could see the line is cancelled. WELL IM DAMNED IF YOU HAVNT JUST YET AGAIN ****** MY MONEY AND DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR AN AMOUNT I NEED TO GO INTO THE BANK TO REVERSE THIS TIME. AS IT WAS CLEARLY STATED IN THE DOCUMENTS I SENT THROUGH I WILL FIGHT THIS OUT ALL THE WAY UNTILL I AM REFUNDED FOR THE THOUSANDS DEBITED OFF MY ACCOUNT FOR YEARS AFTER THE CANCELLATION WAS HANDED IN AND I DONT EVEN OWN A SIM SINCE THEN, NOTHINGS BEEN USED EVER.

You haven't bothered making contact with myself all the details there and you think this is how you going to grow, as you will get away with this….

I am so LIVID Right now its NO joke and like I said its very, VERY clear why Cell C is in the position they are today.

People need to have things like this brought to there attention as I am definitely not the only one and who has blindly had monies taken monthly from my account oblivious to me.

Customer Service is NON EXISTENT and your calls are all recorded so go back replay the call and the hours of me holding for nothing as I am not going to let you get away with this. I am a pensioner and we talking thousands which have been debited since Sept 2021 until now 31 Oct 2024 and I am not going to stop until everything which has been debited since the date till now is paid back to me in full.
