3 x Normal DO amount deducted
I had been paying R99 on a 2GB p/m contract until end of Feb when I was billed R297. I called to enquire and was informed that this was due to the contract having expired & the \Special Rate"therefore no longer being in effect - and that someone from Cell-C should have contacted me to notify me of this"
