3 weeks waiting period for an application

We app**** for the Infinity contract 3 weeks ago, took forever eventually got it approved and the the sim cards were out of stock at the time. On thursday the 19th of March we were advised it would be delivered the friday the 20th, but nothing arrived, then we were told the mon , then the thurs 26th.. we are still waiting!! I called your call centre and spoke to Patrick ,the supervisor and we were told that the courier service didn't have the correct address even though they confirmed it 2x with us and it was on all the paper work.. we are now expecting delivery tomorrow 27th but WE ARE NOT HOLDING OUR BREATH!!!!! This is the worst service ever and if Cell C wants business, i suggest they get their act together ... they making Telkom/Vodacom/MTN and Virgin look very attractive.. it doesn't help to run specials and then not be able to deliver... MOST ANNOYING!!
