3 weeks of inconvenience for sweet ****** all

<p>Cell C - Trade Route Mall (Lenasia). I am so not impressed with your service. I sent my phone in for repairs as it kept switching off and draining my battery. This took 3 weeks. On collection I was told that it waa beyond repair and it was swapped with a new unit. LIES!!!!! This is my phone that was "sent for repairs". Today being day 4 since I got my phone back and it is STILL switching off. So annoyed because I have to take my phone back in to be inconvenienced for ANOTHER who knows how long without my phone.</p>
