3 weeks No refund
I have cancelled a wrong order with cell c and three weeks ago they gave me a reference for the double dectuction they made on my account , i have been calling them and they advise me the case has been closed but i did not recieve my refund. What a ***** company and bad call centre service. What i need is my refund.
