3 Weeks Later Still No Delivery

I app**** for an upgrade on the 21st of May to which Cell C took their dear time to get back to me. On the 27th (5 days later), they came back to me and told me that my upgrade was successful. and i'll take delivery on my new phone in 3-5 days. We are now in week 3 and i still haven't taken delivery of my phone. I've called the Call Center more than 4 times and apparently they are out of stock. No one calls me to explain these issues and I've to chase them down every 2nd day or 3rd day to get an explanation and an update about this. Each time the consultant tells me that the agent who helped me the first time will call me and explain, guess what, its been 3 weeks and not a single person has called to even try and manage expectations.
