3 Weeks and still waiting

I app**** for a contract (Samsung Note 5) with Cell C about 3 weeks ago (ref SPI***) and during the call I asked my consultant if they didn't have any laptop deals because I was actually looking for a laptop rather. She promptly emailed me the information and I advised her to change my deal from the Note 5 to the laptop deal for R319 pm. I emailed all the requested documents to her and to date I have had no feedback on the application. I keep on phoning 084 145 and either my call is answered and no one speaks or they just tell me that my consultant will come back to me which never happens. All I want to know is the status on the application. Can someone please assist me in this regard. I have been a Cell C pre-paid subscriber for over 10 years surely I don't deserve such service.
