3 week old IPhone 6 does not switch on
I took my IPhone 6 in 3 weeks after receiving it, due to the screen jumping and phone randomly calling and texting contacts on my phone. Phone has no physical damage and I have a report from Apple Store Fourways and IModile in Bel Air that the phone is in prestige condition (not a scratch not a bump and definitely not bent)
But I had received an Sms from Cell C stating I Had to pay in R6650 for the damage so they can fix it.
My question I had asked the uneducated consultant was \ what damage?"And her reply your phone is bent. Unable apparently to show proof or anything I demanded my phone back as it is pointless getting upset with someone who does not care about customer relations. So I seeked advice from my family of lawyers and I got statements to prove there is nothing physically wrong with my phone and I now it does not even start up (even when plugged into a charger)
I have insurance on it but I refuse that Cell C get away with something like this. Stop making specials for people who can not afford your services and start helping the customers that have been with you the longest.

I would like a response from the dear CEO Jose Dos Santos.
Fix it or replace it."""
