3 Months with No Repair or Feedback of an Insured Handset!!

I handed in my handset to the cell c headoffice in Jhb on the 29 April 2018. All I wanted was my cracked screen fixed. Surely this was not hard to do given that Im paying insurance for over a year. I was clearly wrong. My countless calls to Csurance was conveniently dropped each time I called for feedback! I was even sent to and from various departments in the very same company and up until now, no phone, no feedback and no repair!!!! Yet in the midst of this terrible service from a telecomminications company, my account gets debited without fail for the last 2months. Ive complsined several times to the cellc website to which a bland, generic response is recieved with no one given person taking ownership of a mere cracked screen repair. Cell c's putrid service leaves a pungent taste in my mouth. And all I simply want is an insured handsets cracked screen, repaired!! It is now the 6th July 2018. No handset, no feedback and still no repair!!
