3 MONTHS WITH NO ANSWER!!!

I have been trying first of all to cancel my contract with Cell C for a devise that did not work (sent the Tablet back twice) for more than a month. They deducted the installments from my salary for december, january and march and now they do not want to give me a refund. They have been stalling, not giving me feedback or returning any of my calls even though they promise every single time. The service is ridiculously bad and no one cares about customer service. They take your money but refuse to give it back. My patience is running out and will definitely take this further.
