3 months to Upgrade. Dispicable

This is the third time i am coming to Hello Peter regarding my upgrade. Nothing happening. I have tried all channels to get this resolved but nothing happens.Siyabulela said he would get the manager dealing with supplies to call me but even now nobody has called me. Maybe i must port to a provider who can actually provide a service
