3 Months still no contact or refund!!!!!!!

I am extremely unhappy with the service that I am currently receiving from Cell C. I am now waiting almost 3 months for a refund and it is still not happening. I had a upfront contact with Cell C which I have been paying religiously on the last day of every month. On 30 August I made payment just to find on the second that I have not received any of my benefits.

After contacting Cell C, I was told that the contract is no longer available and that they are migrating the numbers. In the first place I have not received any notification from Cell C informing me of such. When asked about the R600.00 that I paid and received nothing for, I then got passed from pillar to post with no joy at all. If I say I have spent hours on the phone being passed around it is an under statement.

I eventually got to someone that assisted me 2 weeks later and I then had to send proof of payment which I did. I was called a month later to find out if the issue was resolved and after I have informed them that it was not they started passing me from pillar to post again only to get hung up on, on several occasions on which I had to phone back all the time.....

Here we are, it is the 9th of December and my issue is still not resolved and I still don't have my refund. I have been a Cell C customer for years and have always been recommending them to friends and family, but at this stage I am extremely unhappy and having second thoughts
