3 months and still no phone

So I have a contract with Cell C. I booked my phone away for Repair with the insurance in March already the lady at the store said their store phone are not working but I just need to check if there will be a access payment or whatever you call it they never contacted me again so I thought okay the phone was then sent away for repair and went back on 23 of April only to find out that the phone was never sent away for repairs and then only booked the phone then again. Because of not having a phone I then decided to take out another contract phone so that I can have a phone. Any way I called them again the 1st of June to find out if my phone has arrived already the lady said yes but it hasn't been repaired cause the insurance didn't sent them the prove of payment in Time (or something like that). Then I went there on Thursday to rebook it again and the guy said that my phone is not there I must call Monday or Tuesday just to do a follow up to check if my phone is there.. I called them this morning a still no phone ?
