3-month promo data just disappeared without any fair warning

My data has just disappeared without any warning! I received 5gb per month for 3 months and the balance of my data (about 3gb) was just taken without notification that it would be expiring?

You're very good at spamming customers with ****py marketing SMSes but not the important things (like soon-to-expire data bundles).

Due to nothing more than laziness on my part, I opted to just upgrade with Cell C rather than move to a better network on my last upgrade...but this is the end of the road for your dated and ************ network!

If it didn't cost me financially to move networks already, I would do so in a heartbeat.
