3 Gig for R990.00 at Cell C!!

I'm shocked at how much I'm being billed per month on my 1GB data contract which expired in January. <br> I called at the time to cancel this contract which obviously did not happen. I then called later to advise that I was billed R330.00 in error and I was told I used outside the 1GB and was being charged outside bundle rates. This I did not believe as I did not touch this sim but could not put it past my husband having not used it and so I paid. In March , I kept the sim with me, and bam... R336.00 from my account. I then went in store only to be told because the contract lapsed, I'm being charged 'normal' rates. Worst still, I could not cancel this contract and needed to call cell c during working hours. Today I call and guess what, 30 days notice meaning I have to pay ANOTHER R330 for this Gig. <br> My questions for Cell C. <br> 1. Could I not have been advised of the lapse & subsequent increase... Sms? <br> 2. Why did the person I called the first time around not check her facts before telling me I overused my data. <br> 3. How can Cell C justify R990.00 for 3 Gig even if outside bundle rate? With MTN I get 2.5 GB for R150. Understand why I feel **********????
