2nd try at getting a paid up letter - let's see if Cell C can deliver
I initially submitted a review on Feb 14 for a paid up letter from Cell C. I was informed that I'd be contacted and two months later, still nothing.
I sent Cell C my statement from the collections company indicating a R0.00 balance. And Cell C responded telling me that there's still R900 Outstanding. How can there be R900 outstanding if the balance is 0???
ALL I WANT IS A PAID UP LETTER!! I have so many reference numbers already... I'm sure this review will once again be ignored.
