2nd time Cell C migrates me without my concent.

Its been a week since Cell C migrated me to a package that i did not ask for or even discussed with them. I was/am happy with the package that i was on, but after their system migrated me they can/wont put me back on my old package. This is the second time this happened to me in 6month. Try and get them to call you is almost impossible as you speak to a different person every time and you go thru the same security check every time and listen to the same tune.......All i want is to give them my money so that I can use their services........Is it to much to ask??
