2nd sim card swop

After having Cell C store in Brakpan test my son's phone and sim card, the sim card (which you issued in Jan 2015 when we took out the contract) has to be swopped out again. I am having great difficulty getting hold of Skhumbuzo. I have sent e-mails, called head Office, but to no avail.
