2nd report to Hell Peter, no response from the co

Hi<br> <br> I have sent the email to Hello Peter on 20 January 2015 regarding cell c not cancelling my contract. <br> <br> Cell c representative has phoned on 21 January and said they are investigating the matter and will return back to me, but never did. On 28 January, I phoned (***) spoke to Lebogang who also promised to find out the progress and phone me back. <br> <br> Up to this day, I have not received any call regarding the progress of the investigation. <br> <br> Cell c is again going to deduct the premium for the phone that I don't have.<br> <br> <br> <br> This is the worst service I have ever seen.<br> <br> <br> <br>
