2ND COMPLAINT AGAINST CELL C - SHOCKING SERVICE
Ok so, after reporting Cell C to Hello Peter a week ago, I must add the only way you will get a response from Cell C. Cell C did come back to me and assured me that they have cancelled my contract and credited the outstanding amounts to my Cell C account, even sent me SMS confirming. Well you can imagine I was relieved, until I woke up this morning and yet again Cell C has put a debit order off on my account of R1017!!!!!! So clearly it has not been sorted and no my name has not been taken off ITC. Maybe Cell C, can come back to me and get it right this time.

The credit has been prepared and it takes 7-14 working days to clear the ITC profile. A team member will contact you and provide clarity.

01 Nov 2018, 10:52Cell C, you could have told me this when you made contact with me the first time after I placed my complaint on Hello Peter. It still does not explain why you would proceed yet again to take a Debit Order off my account, you did not have the authority to do this and unfortunately it is not acceptable.

Cell C, you could have told me this when you made contact with me the first time after I placed my complaint on Hello Peter. It still does not explain why you would proceed yet again to take a Debit Order off my account, you did not have the authority to do this and unfortunately it is not acceptable.
