2gig night data not loaded

Kindly take note that I didn't receive the 2GB midnight data <br> <br> Please advice as to why the 2GB midnight data was not loaded.<br> <br> i also requested that cell c change my method of payment to cash or eft nobody was willing to assist i was being sent from pillar to post<br> <br> Can this be resolved as soon as possible and provide feedback once done<br>
