2gb bb10 data on fair usage plan but no internet

I have 2gb fair usage data but I cant use it my fone doesnt even show internet connection call centre agent by da name of nosipho zulu tells I chose bis instead of bb10 since I use z3 but wen I dial 147 n chose option 5 for blacberry it doesnt give an option to choose btwn bis n bb10 how does dat suppose to be mu fault. I asked for a supervisor by da name of luthando ngcobo he tells me same story dey cant help I made a fault still am not satisfy I want to know da option to choose btwn bis and bb10 which there none I want my money back from cell c.am ****ed their call centre agent u talk to dem dey tell me unfortubately dey dont use cell so dey wouldnt know much about options to choose
