First Cell C run unauthorised credit checks on my name (confirmed by Cell C that it was unauthorised)

Then they debit my account incorrectly and now there is a credit on my account. Trying to get my money back, impossible. They have requested my bank statements to prove my account was debited to begin with (no logic in this, how would I have a credit then) none the less, bank statements provided multiple times. Been going back and forth since the 10th of October.

Every time I call, I get told it will take 14 days from the date of the follow up call.

Why am I not being refunded my credit?!!!

Why are you holding my money ransom?!?!
