I am so disgusted at the customer service of Cell C branch at Westgate shopping center, I went there twice to do my sim swap and the agents there treated me like a piece of ******* at first they said they don't have sim cards and and their system is very slow and mind you I need my number for work purposes all I can say is that branch needs new agents and just a better management team I am really disappointed at the service there I don't want to lie... VERY POOR SERVICE coupled with very bad attitudes from their agents sies!
