25 working days following up no solution but account is paid up 25th October

I made payment to Cell C Legal team 25th October 2021. The legal team made payment to Cell C 29th October 2021.

We waited 14 working days to get paid up letter.

I called Cell C for now 29 Working days to get my Paid up letter. I sent them countless emails and no reply or solution. I am now on day 30 They gave me 29 different case numbers all 29 have 29 different answers to 1 case number.

Case 1: *** - The agents said Spreadsheet updated & payment allocated but they refuse to send my paid up letter for account ***

Account has been paid in full a whole month ago now. I can't apply for my student loan applications close Tomorrow and I have no LETTER still I am now just going to use my social media promotion group to just drag them for 21 days also because I am being treated unhuman

Please expect our call for the 29 working days thats all you ever say PR answers no I am gathering all emails from SSDA and myself that we have sent to you and doing a social media thread on all platforms I cannot accept this anymore I have been more than patient. I have been understanding and now I am missing on education again next year because you failed me
