24 "working" hours

I received an sms from Cell C on the 06/12 stating that if I follow the link and download the app, I will receive 500mb for anytime usage within 24 hours. I did not receive it and after calling the call centre I was informed that it would be 24 working hours.(even though the message didn't state that) well here we are, almost 48 working hours later, and about 80 normal hours later and I still don't have my 500 megs. Can Cell C please keep it's promises to their clients?
