24 Month Contract???
I had a contract with Cell C for 24 months starting October 2016 to October 2018. After the contract period they have continued to debit R42 to date. I didn't realize that until recently when I printed my bank statement. It's unfair that we have contracts in place but these service providers just do whatever they like with our accounts without our consents.

According to your subscriber agreement, you are required to give 1 month notice for cancellation of your contract, should you not wish to renew. Should we receive no instruction from the contract holder, the contract will continue to run on a month to month basis.
