21 Days for a service report!!

I shattered the screen of my phone and went to the Cell C Store in Brooklyn mall to get assistance in obtaining a damage report. They then informed me that they couldn't assist and I needed to get a report elsewhere. After running around the mall I soon discovered that I needed to go back to Cell C as they were the only ones in the mall who could assist me. They then informed me that they could help but it would take 21 days before I received the report. The bad attitude of the staff and the unwillingness to help has made my decision to move back to Vodacom and easy one.
