2008 contract - The most useless service provider
I took out a 100 rand special offer with Cell C, I think it was in 2008, three months down the line I lost the phone on a taxi seat. I tried claiming on the insurance but it was in vain. I continued to pay for the contract in line with the contract. at the en of the contract in 2010 I went into a Cell C outlet to cancel the contract as it was infinite (continued deducting the 100 for a service I was not receiving because of a lost phone). I was told that I need to write a letter of termination which is not common with other cell phone companies - I refused because the term of the contract had expired.

In 2011 I found that Cell C had listed me and I could not purchase a car. I then made a payment of R300 to Cell C so that I could get the car. I thought the matter was resolved.

In 2014, three year since the last payment - I got lawyers from Cell C telling me to sent them proof of payment or pay the R300. of cause I have since lost the bank deposit.

in 2015 Cell C has escalated the money to R736. My neighbour told me Cell C has done the same to him. I don't even remember the Cell C number
