I took a iphone on pinnacle 150 contract with cell c. I spoke to Precious ********** ) and she informed me that i would be getting 20gb every month for 6 months. This month i call in and ask why my 20gb has not been loaded, i was informed that the 20gb was a once off promotion and valid for 6 months. This is bull. Every client should be provided with information upfront and not after paying. I WANT MY 20GB LIKE I WAS INFORMED ON THE SALES CALL OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE YOU GUYS TO THE OMBUDSMAN. I AM A QA CONSULTANT SO I KNOW HOW SALES CONSULTANT LIE TO GET A SALE. GET THIS RIGHT,I WANT THE 20GB I WAS PROMISED.
