2 weeks without swim swap due to contradiction

Your sim swap process is stupid. By law all sim cards must be Rica'd at the store when being sold. This means I cannot buy a simcard without registering it. Yet your sim swap process says we must not Rica the sim card. I have been sitting for two weeks now without a phone as I have no Cell C store near me , where i can buy simcard without registering it. No outlet in SA sells without registering. This is really a contradiction and very stupid process. Basically u are saying I might as well change network as I am far from cell c store. No other network says u mustn't Rica if u wanna do sim swap. This is stupid and has no sense , given the law.
