2 weeks without communication from cell c

I have waites two weeks for cell c to contact me regarding the contract i have been approved for and the stock of the phone that was promised to me. There was stock when i app****, but inexplicbly was sold out as soon as my contract was approved. And when you phone to chck on the delivery, it takes cell c 20 to 30 mns to answer the calls of existing clients, but it takes the call centre a mere 30 seconds to answer the line if you allpy for a new contract, how is that customer retention? Or showing an interest in keeping current clients happy when all u care about is getting new customers while u cannot serve ur current clients?
