2 weeks later and still no collection

I reported cell c has not collected an unwanted handset last week, cell c consultant got hold of me and assured me the phone will be collected asap but nothing has been collected as yet. My worry is that when they collect this phone it will take them forever to send a new device to me. I am just so upset with cell c direct.
