2 Sims

I did application for one SIM only contract part 2 SIM cards for delivered now and I'm confused because now I don't know what is my contract sim why was there two SIM cards delivered when I only app**** for one contract

Kindly note that the activation process may take up to 24 hours to complete after the parcel has been received.

Regarding the two SIM cards included in the package, the second SIM is an extra provided for your convenience, should you need it in the future.

Once your Contract SIM card is activated, you will receive an SMS notification confirming activation and outlining your contract benefits. This will help you identify the correct SIM to use.

Should you not receive the SMS within 24 hours of delivery, please feel free to contact us so we can assist further.

Please check for the Rica serial number on the SIM card with number *** 64. This SIM card should be the one linked to your contract.

 It’s just a prepaid SIM card that you can use as a secondary SIM.
