2 Months later (after 3 years of nothing)Still nothing but empty promises from CELL C

This is exactly why we where handed over in the 1st place, because no body listens to us, we are being ignored..... How can a business operate like this? You are not Shoprite, so people are really expected better? After the last complaint no one even called, after a reply to my complaint from Cell C once again making another empty promise to call??? So for the last time, please can someone call me, to sort out the mess on my husbands name, to enable us to apply for a Home Loan.... And please if someone phones, make sure they now how to do their job, because the level of intelligence at your call centers are even more shocking than the lack of service from them. See the remarks on his profile, and phone us. We need a letter from Cell C, stating that the amount handed over will be removed and his name cleared from all ITC listings. Every time I call, after holding for 30 minutes, I am told that the request is with credit and once they approve the refund/reversal (which apparently should only be a week....since 27 November 2019) they will email me a letter??????

Today is 10 JANUARY 2020, I think the week should be over by now?
