2 months and still no call!!!

It's been exactly 2 months since I have had any feedback from cell c chatsworth . After my first complaint I was contacted by a customer service guy who explained the delay however since that call I still have not been contacted by cell c chatsworth. I have been extremely patient and understanding however this is beyond ridiculous. I am definitely going to cancel the entire contract. Telkom seem to have the exact same deal and the best part they have stock !!! Absolute terrible service cell c chatsworth. Will definitely let others know about this **** service!!!!
