2 GIGS OF DATA TAKEN FOR FREE

I called cell c last week to report that 2 gigs of my data was taken away from my mobile wifi account. I held on the line for about 20 mins before someone could help me. Once I got through to an agent after being redirected atleast 3 times. She could not tell me where the data went and that she will log a case for me. She said cell c will contact me within 24-48 hours to settle the matter. it is now 5 days later and no one has contacted me. I am not sure if reporting on this website is the only way to get results out of cell c. The rest of the people with no access to internet just have to hope and pray that cell c gets back to them. Pity they dont hope and pray when they are debiting your account for data they STOLE from you. Can someone please get back to me. If not you can come and pick of your devices. I will cancel my contract and take my business elswhere. The blantant disrespect for their customers is appauling. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY DATA!!!!
