2 For one...lol

Hi, i recently upgraded after my contract ended for a year or 2 because no one called me to upgrade but now i needed a new device. I told the lady that i have the monthly contract in place and that it needs to be cancelled when the new one comes into play. On the 01st i was credited with the old and new package. I need the old one reversed as i cannot pay for both packages. I have also been with them since 2004 and they did not even give me airpods or a gift when i renewed my contract...
