Someone opened an account by Cell C under my name, l do not even know Cell C approved it. The person took two phones which its ********** account. Many times l have reached out Cell C to inform them about this as l noticed with deductions transactions on my app. After years of trying to to fix this which this all happened in 2019. Finally in 2020 they sent me a confirmation letter that the ********** account has been closed and mind due l have never in my life used Cell C before. In 2020 l was told the matter was resolved. In 2022 December l got a call from my bank to notify me that my name is under ***** and l won't be able to do anything. I contacted the SAFPS and unfortunately they cannot help me as Cell C has to come out to them and state my profile as a victim as l do have a confirmation letter regarding all of this from Cell C now l am failing to get hold of them via any communication at the time everything of mine is on hold. @CELL C SORT THIS OUT AND CLEAR MY NAME.
