1GB DataExtenda Expired despite recurring bundle
You owe me 927MB of 1GB bundle I purchased (Per your own technical support). I bought a 1GB once off bundle. It expired a month later despite me buying a recurring bundle before the expiration date. I have called your call centre to resolve this - the short version was that someone would call be back in an hour or 2 to resolve. This never happened.

I have since purchased another 200MB bundle, but going onto *147# and making an inquiry I notice the once off and recurring bundles are listed separately. Why? Is there some catch to your DataExtenda bundles that you have not advised people of that once off and recurring bundles do not work together? If so, please explain to me and publish clearly on your website. You can also credit me for the 200MB data bundle too, since I ONLY purchased it because you took the other 927MB.

Lastly - stop asking people when they bought their last data bundle as a security question - I don't make a habit of always remembering the date.
Thank you for posting to us.
As per the terms and conditions, should you purchase a recurring data bundle, your remaining data balance after the 30 (thirty) day period will be added to your newly purchased data bundle and will be carried over to the next 30 (thirty) day cycle.
We have requested one of our consultants to contact you and provide clarity regarding this matter.
