Received phone on 24 Mar on upgrade - 2 days after stated delivery. Couldn't activate on weekend. Phoned Mon 4th and got ref no. Been in store twice. Sent pillar to post. Now 11th. Still nothing! Apparently I'm 'in the system'!!!
