16 threats in 1 day after arrangements

I have unfortunately had a bad month and hence was unable to pay my cellphone contract. An agent contacted me last week and we made arrangements for a double debit at the end of this month. However between yesterday and today I have received 32 threat emails stating that I owe and if its not paid further action is being taken. Who the HELL do you think you are. Staying with Cell C has been the worse decision of my life and I regret every single second of every day. I have missed my billing date once and get 32 threats, after arrangements was made. Seriously Cell C, its called communication, something you know nothing about. I have had to get an FNB sim just so that I can load R50 worth of data to receive and send Whatsapp messages just so that I can get hold of my family in case of emergencies. SO gatvol of Cell C
