128 messages and ZERO resolution
After my previous review of Cell C with 128 messages and zero resolution, they have just stopped replying as they either have no competence in resolving this issue or they simply don't care (maybe a bit of both). They also refuse to refund me for a service they can neither resolve nor provide. Absolutely disgraceful service, stay far, far away from this company!

Please note that our team has initiated contact with ChatGPT with the aim of establishing a termination agreement for their SMSes(this would allow for their SMS to come through to our network). Unfortunately, at this stage we are yet to receive feedback from them. However we must note that such agreements at times can take time to be concluded or finalised. We will continue to engage ChatGPT with the aim of finding an agreement and a lasting solution for you and our affected customers. As communicated previously, we are unable to refund you for the data that was purchased as it has been partially utilised for other cellphone usage but we have extended the validity of the said data bundle whilst we continue to engage ChatGPT with finding a solution. May we please request that you continue with engaging Moses(from our team) directly as we believe he has provided you with his email address. ^MT

I am unable to receive SMS verification from several companies, not just ChatGPT and you have done absolutely nothing to resolve this, clearly you have no interest in solving this.
I assume that you would prefer for me to communicate directly with Mr Moses as that is then not a public platform so others are not able to see the issues that I have with Cell C. I also assume that you get rate on your response rate on HelloPeter, so you would like to keep this up. Unfortunately this is the only time I get a prompt response from you as you aim to keep this response rate high. I also think that it is important that the public are able to make informed decisions when choosing their cell phone provider, if I am having these issues then I am sure others will too, so they need to know upfront.
