120hours has past, still no email reply.

Cell c promises a reply within 24-48 hours.... Which is also very long, but it has been 5 days and no reply. I am in Germany and desperately needed their assistance. This is not the only problems. I think paying a little more for better service is the way to go about. My first stop back in SA is changing service providers.
