I have a contract phone with a cell c which was now on a month-to-basis, I keep on receiving calls to upgrade but never did. I then received an email about an additional line that I took which I know nothing about I have been trying to get some assistance on the ***** that was done online but no one is helping I sent all the documents needed from ***** department after having to drive for 2 hours to get cell c store around mpumalanga but still no one is doing nothing to help, clearly this things it's done by cell c employee. I won't be paying for a phone I don't know a thing I want my contract to be canceled and my name to cleared give me the recording where I agreed on the new phone

03 Jan 2024, 10:01Thanks for the call, but the lady was only assisting with the data package the main issue is the phone that I never agreed to and said I agree to it was delivered to Karabo wherever it was delivered. This Karabo is busy using a phone that needs to be paid by me please get your priorities together and fix this

Cell c you are crocks you know exactly where you delivered this phone one of the reason know don't wanna assist with this issue, don't bother calling if you got no mens of assist with this ***** case I'm tired of having money being deducted out of my account for something I don't know
