10GB data bundle doesn't include youtube/video?!?!

While waiting for telkom to install my line I decided to buy 1GB for June and 10GB for July in order to watch videos on my TV via my phone's WiFi tethering since I don't have SABC or DSTV or anything else.<br> <br> To my amazement, I was billed for internet usage even after not using my entire data bundles.<br> <br> I was told by Cell C customer service that the data bundles are \only for browsing":<br> <br> 1. Youtube(or any other URL) is a website and thus one should be able to \""browse\"" it and use its services regardless of its content.<br> 2.
