Dear Cell C I have a pre-paid month to month contract with you. It comes with 10g of data. You have not given me that data this month.
I have had this query since the 3 rd of August 2020. Today I have spent more than an hour on the phone to get the matter resolved.... this is in addition to the several other calls made during this time period....apparently you migrated my account ( I never requested this) and now have a story about my data.
I would like that data NOW. Please urgently sort this out and add my data to my account.
