1 year of trying to cancel contract and paid heavy penalty fees
I have been requesting Cell C to cancel my contract from when I ported my number to MTN last year.
I have paid a total of around R4000 in penalty fees with repeated promises to close the account but my account is still being debited monthly.
I have called , emailed and sent smses with all communication over the past year to no avail. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable as I have been receiving no benefit from Cell C.
