1 year after closing account /still open on my credit report

My Cell C contract was converted to prepaid in Feb on 2018. After checking my credit history today on transunion I see the account is still showing open with a balance on R60. It has not been updated since then on the credit report. Why is this? My balance was settled at that time via debit order and the number is currently on prepaid. Please close this account urgently and update the credit report. Number is ********** 669
